"WOW what a trip !! First time back to the coast fishing in a couple years. Always had the stories "Should've
been here yesterday" NOT this time. Captain Joe took our group of 4 out and put us on Trout and Reds at every stop
we went! After having trouble hooking them and landing a fish, Capt. Joe showed us some tricks and man did we start
reeling them in. Ended up almost limiting out on Trout and Reds. Our fault for not know at first how to hang on to
them at the beginning. Capt. Joe is so patient with you makes the day go by soooo fast.
The second part of the Cast
and Blast was getting to go on the Dove hunt in Falfurius. Was that ever a trip to remember. Showed up down ther and
were treated like Royalty the minute we got there. BIRDS?? Don't worry just make sure you got plenty of shells "If you
shoot like we do" The food was great and hospitality like you haven't seen. Accomadations were great to with plenty of
room. It is sandy down there so make sure your in a truck. Just called Capt. Joe today to book this years Cast &
Blast trip for August. Can't wait till we get on those Trout & Reds again. Thanks Captain for letting there still
be good guides out there."

"Captain Joe Gonzales is the best guide I have ever fished with. Joe is a hard
working, honest, easygoing, polite, dependable, family man of super high character.
In addition, he knows how to find the fish. Joe took me and five of my closest
college friends fishing for two full days on Baffin Bay on May 3rd and 4th. Two of
the six 48 year old fisherman caught their personal best speckled trout. Three of
the trout were 27 inches or longer, one was a 26" six pound beauty, and numerous
more trout between 20" - 25" were landed. Alll fish were caught on artificial
lures. We had to throw back very few trout less that 15 inches. If you are looking
for a great guide that you can count on to find the fish, Joe Gonzales is your man."
